Do you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard?! 

 This Pyramid challenge will push you to your limits. It's a great all-round fitness challenge that gets the whole body working!

To begin; start at the bottom of the pyramid. To work your way to the top you must always restart from the bottom. The beginning will look like this:

Climbers 30

Then...

Climbers 30, Jump Squats 15,

And continues...

Climbers 30, Jump Squats 15, Press-ups 15...

And keeps going until the Burpees have been completed which is when the timer stops!
 
Record your score by noting the time it takes to complete.

Our Pyramid Challenge winner is Ollie who managed to complete the pyramid in the super quick time of 6:09mins! Fantastic achievement and also smashing his 1st Attempt time by over 3mins.

Also congratulations to Sophie V. for winning our Most Improved trophy! No one came close to beating Sophie to this trophy. She managed to beat her 1st Attempt time by just under 6mins! Only just missing out on the Top 10 with her final time of 9:20mins.
