a.m.r.a.p. Challenge

Do you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard?! 

This AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) challenge  consists of 6 bodyweight exercises which are;

30 mountain Climbers
20 Jump Squats
15 Sit-ups
15 Press-ups
40 Scissors
10 Chest Down Burpees

You have 6 minutes to complete this circuit as many times as you can. Once you complete your 10th chest down burpee, you restart with the 30 climbers and so on until the timer runs out. You can only record your score if you finish the set you're on before the timer finishes. If you complete a whole circuit and then on the second time through you just finish the scissors, your score will be 1.5 as you completed 1 full circuit and the 5th exercise.

Our Previous Challenge Winner....Toby!


A very dramatic finish to the final day of the Plank Challenge. With close to 50 participants, this has been our most competitive challenge to date. Ollie was very much in the lead for the past few weeks but he was overtaken by a superb effort from Toby to take the top spot and win the Plank Challenge!


A huge well done to all the participants that have improved their plank time each week throughout the 6 weeks. Especially to those that have made it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard!


The Most Improved trophy is awarded to.... Ollie for nearly tripling his original plank time which is a huge achievement in itself. Congratulations Ollie!
